These terms

These terms apply whenever you book Ice T's Ice Creams ("we", "us") to attend your wedding, party or event. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to them. If anything here doesn't match what we've agreed directly with you in writing, our direct written agreement takes priority.

Enquiries and booking confirmation

Submitting the enquiry form on this site or contacting us directly does not itself confirm a booking. A booking is only confirmed once [Add exact process — e.g. "we've agreed a date, price and any deposit has been received"]. We'd recommend not finalising other event plans around us until you've had that confirmation from us in writing.

Deposits and payment

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. [Add your cancellation policy here — e.g. notice period for a full or partial refund, and whether deposits are refundable.] If we ever have to cancel on our side (for example due to vehicle breakdown or illness), we'll let you know as early as possible and refund any payment made for that booking.

Weather

We serve rain or shine — ice cream is a year-round treat for plenty of our customers, and the van is set up to work outdoors in most conditions. In the rare case that weather becomes genuinely unsafe (for example, high winds or lightning), we'll discuss options with you directly, which may include rescheduling.

Site access and requirements

You're responsible for making sure there's enough space for the van to safely park, turn around, and leave your venue or location, and for confirming ground conditions are suitable for a vehicle (for example, not too soft or waterlogged). Let us know about any access restrictions — narrow gates, low bridges, gravel, etc. — as early as possible when booking.

Food safety and allergens

We take food hygiene seriously and [Add your food hygiene rating/registration details here]. Our soft-whip ice cream and wafer cones contain milk and gluten, and some toppings may contain nuts or other allergens. Please let us know in advance about any allergies within your group, and our team on the day can talk you through what's safe to serve.

Insurance and liability

We hold public liability insurance covering our attendance at your event. [Add your insurer/policy details or confirmation of cover level here.] We're not liable for issues outside our reasonable control, including venue-related problems, other suppliers, or events cancelled or altered for reasons unrelated to our attendance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
