How far in advance should we book?
We'd recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date, especially for weekends between May and September. That said, always ask — we can sometimes fit in shorter-notice bookings too.
Do you need access to power on site?
No. The van is fully self-sufficient and carries its own power, so we can serve from a wedding venue, a school field, a car park or a private garden without needing a hookup.
How many guests can you serve?
The soft-whip machine is built for steady queues, so we comfortably serve anywhere from a small garden party to several hundred guests over the course of an event. Let us know your rough numbers when you enquire and we'll advise on timings.
Do you do weddings and private gardens, not just public events?
Yes — weddings and private parties make up a good share of our bookings. We just need enough space for the van to park up and turn around safely.
What happens if it rains on the day?
The van serves rain or shine — ice cream is a year-round treat for plenty of our customers. If the weather turns genuinely unsafe, we'll always talk it through with you directly.
